LIVE WED 5/17 - AI and EVs - Good or bad for Society?
Plus 7 other mobility tech & connectivity news and headlines
This week on the MTC Show, we are discussing two topics that have been at the forefront of technological innovation: AI assistants and electric vehicle technology. In particular, we will be exploring how these technologies can potentially pose a threat to humanity as well as their potential benefits.
As an example, have a look at JP Sears’ conversation with Snapchat AI Bot. It is worse than you might think.
When it comes to personal AI assistants, it is clear that they offer us convenience and ease-of-use in our daily lives; however, there is also an element of fear associated with this new technology. Will robots one day take over? Will our reliance on them lead us down a path where humans become obsolete? These questions remain unanswered for now but are certainly worth considering when evaluating the implications of artificial intelligence advancements today.
On the other hand, electric vehicles represent another form of cutting edge tech which has many advantages including reduced emissions and increased efficiency compared to traditional gas powered cars.
However just like any new technology there are some challenges associated with its adoption such as infrastructure development or cost considerations for consumers who may not yet be ready for EV ownership due to financial constraints or lack thereof charging stations in certain areas.
Overall though, EVs seem poised to revolutionize transportation across multiple industries if given proper support from governments around the world, which they are indeed receiving.
Join us live this Wednesday where we dive into both sides of these important conversations about personal AI assistants & electric vehicles so you can make informed decisions about your own relationship with tech!
